Ingredients
- 500 g Purple Sweet Potato
- 30 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 35 g Cornstarch
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Breadcrumbs
- Innova Paste
Instructions
- Steam the peeled purple sweet potatoes until soft.
- Mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until well combined and the dough becomes smooth and pliable.
- Take 100 g of the sweet potato mixture and shape it with a stainless-steel stick placed in the center.
- Dip the sweet potato mixture into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the stick from the center.
- Fill the center with Innova Paste until completely filled.
