Dough Ingredients:
- 120 g butter
- 100 g margarine
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 g salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 25 g milk powder
- 25 g cornstarch
- 300 g medium-protein flour (all-purpose flour)

Instructions
- Combine butter, margarine, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix using a spatula or a mixer on low speed for about 1 minute until well combined (do not overmix or whip).
- Add the egg yolks and mix again until fully incorporated.
- Add milk powder, cornstarch, and flour.
- Mix gently until the dough is well combined.
- Take about 6 g of dough, flatten it, and fill with 4 g Croner Nastar Special.
- Shape into neat balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven at 130–140°C for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then brush the tops evenly with egg yolk.
- Bake again at 130–140°C for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
