Instructions

Ice Cream Preparation Method:
  1. Heat the dairy cream until it is just about to boil, then pour it over the 300 g of Chockely Premium chocolate.
  2. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and fully incorporated into the cream.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours.
  4. Once the mixture is chilled and firm, whip it until it becomes slightly fluffy and reaches a soft peak consistency.
  5. Add the Innova Chocolate Compound Chip and fold until evenly distributed.
Chocolate Cone :
  1. Melt 150 g of Chockely Premium until completely smooth.
  2. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into a piping bag and spread it evenly to coat about half of the inside of the bag.
  3. Fill the piping bag with the prepared chocolate cream mixture and tie or seal the top securely.
  4. Place it in the freezer and let it chill until completely firm.
