Ingredients
Chocolate Ice Cream:
- 600 ml Dairy Cream
- 300 gr Chockely Premium
- 150 gr Innova Choco Chips
Chocolate Cone:
- 150 gr Chockely Premium
Instructions
Ice Cream Preparation Method:
- Heat the dairy cream until it is just about to boil, then pour it over the 300 g of Chockely Premium chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and fully incorporated into the cream.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours.
- Once the mixture is chilled and firm, whip it until it becomes slightly fluffy and reaches a soft peak consistency.
- Add the Innova Chocolate Compound Chip and fold until evenly distributed.
Chocolate Cone :
- Melt 150 g of Chockely Premium until completely smooth.
- Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into a piping bag and spread it evenly to coat about half of the inside of the bag.
- Fill the piping bag with the prepared chocolate cream mixture and tie or seal the top securely.
- Place it in the freezer and let it chill until completely firm.
