  1. Prepare a baking pan by lightly greasing it with butter and lining it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Add the whole eggs, egg yolks, granulated sugar, Innova Cake Emulsifier, sifted flour, milk powder, and cornstarch into a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat on high speed until the batter becomes thick, pale, and reaches ribbon stage.
  4. Take a small portion of the batter and mix it with the melted butter and mocha paste.Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the butter and mocha mixture back into the main batter. Fold gently until the batter is fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then gently tap the pan to release air bubbles.
  7. Bake at 170°C for about 30–35 minutes or until fully cooked.
  8. Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
  9. Spread buttercream on top of the cake as desired.
  10. Sprinkle Innova Choco Rice evenly over the top.
  11. Decorate the cake with buttercream, then add Innova Choco Chips to create a flower-like decoration
