Ingredients
Batter Ingredients:
Ingredient A:
- 150 g pumpkin (steamed & mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 70 g granulated sugar
Ingredient B:
- 1 g vanilla essence
- 1 g salt
- 65 g vegetable oil
Ingredient C:
- 95 g low-protein flour (cake flour)
- 1 g baking soda
- 1 g baking powder
Crumble Ingredients:
- 50 g butter
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 1 g salt
- 180 g medium-protein flour (all-purpose flour)
- 20 g whole wheat flour
- Cocoa powder (as needed)

Instructions
1. Prepare the crumble
- Mix butter, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Add all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour, mix until crumbly.
- Take a portion and mix with cocoa powder for color variation.
- Chill in the refrigerator to keep it crisp during baking.
2. Make the batter
- Whisk Ingredient A (pumpkin, eggs, sugar) until well combined and slightly fluffy.
- Add Ingredient B, mix well.
- Sift Ingredient C, then add into the batter.
- Fold gently until fully combined (do not overmix).
3. Assemble
- Spread crumble on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Add Innova Pasta in the center as filling.
- Sprinkle Innova Chocochips on top.
4. Bake
- Bake at 170°C for 30–40 minutes (adjust depending on your oven).
- Bake until fully cooked (do a skewer test).
5. Cool & serve
- Remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
- Ready to serve
