Ingredients
Cookies Ingredients:
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 2 g salt
- 3 g vanilla essence
- 50 g egg
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 3 g baking soda
- 2 g baking powder
- 150 gr Chockely Premium
Filling
- 20 gr Innova Pasta
Topping
- Innova Choco Chips as needed
Instructions
- Combine the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until the sugar dissolves and the texture becomes glossy.
- Add the vanilla essence and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Add the sifted flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Mix gently until there are no lumps of flour remaining. - Add the Chockely Premium and mix evenly.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes until the texture is more set.
- Pour the Innova Pasta into small molds, then freeze until solid.
- Scoop a portion of cookie dough and flatten it slightly. Place the frozen Innova Pasta filling in the center, then seal and shape it back into a ball.
- Arrange 5–6 cookie dough balls in a round oven-safe container. Sprinkle Innova Choco Chips on top.
- Bake at 170°C (top and bottom heat) for 12–15 minutes.
