Ingredients

Cookies Ingredients:

  • 110 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 25 g granulated sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 3 g vanilla essence
  • 50 g egg
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 g baking soda
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 150 gr Chockely Premium

Instructions

  1. Combine the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until the sugar dissolves and the texture becomes glossy.
  2. Add the vanilla essence and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the sifted flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
    Mix gently until there are no lumps of flour remaining.
  4. Add the Chockely Premium and mix evenly.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes until the texture is more set.
  6. Pour the Innova Pasta into small molds, then freeze until solid.
  7. Scoop a portion of cookie dough and flatten it slightly. Place the frozen Innova Pasta filling in the center, then seal and shape it back into a ball.
  8. Arrange 5–6 cookie dough balls in a round oven-safe container. Sprinkle Innova Choco Chips on top.
  9. Bake at 170°C (top and bottom heat) for 12–15 minutes.
